What We Offer

Southeast Home Services offers a few variations of home inspections. The most common being the pre-purchase inspection. The pre-purchase inspection take from 2.5 hours to 3 hours. It is an inspection that thoroughly evaluates the home you are looking to purchase for you and your family. This is useful to help determine a further understanding of the home's value, and the projects you will be undertaking when you buy the home. It is recommended that the client be present for the duration of the inspection to participate and visually see what we inspect. Not only will this give you a better understanding of the home, it will also give you the opportunity to ask questions on-site. After the completion of an inspection, the client will receive a report of the home, complete with comments and photos of the home's condition.

Pre-offer inspections are essentially identical to pre-purchase inspections. They are used when you are looking to sell your home and don't want your buyers to come across any disturbing surprises. Not only will you feel confident about selling your home, but you will give your buyers confidence in buying your home. When getting a pre-offer inspection done you will be given a report of your home, complete with comments and photos of your homes condition. This report can just as easily be given to your home buyer to reassure them about your home's condition.
